How to Return or Exchange

Step 2:
Follow the instructions provided in the form to pack your items securely and ship them back to the specified address.

Once we receive and confirm the returned package, we will proceed as follows:

For Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- If the refund is due to a product defect or a delivery error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For refunds due to other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
